We are very easy to find as we are on the A861 on the eastern edge of Strontian overlooking Loch Sunart next to the war monument.

Please note that although our address is 'Monument Park' we are not actually on that road!

Please note that putting our postcode (PH36 4HZ) in your Sat Nav will will take you into the centre of the village near the shop!

We are 0.7 miles east from there (follow the directions below as though coming from Acharacle).

From Fort William or Oban

Follow the A82 to the Corran Ferry (about 8.5 miles south of Fort William) and take this across Loch Linnhe. Ferries depart regularly throughout the day - every half hour generally - but please note that the last ferry from this direction is at 9.30 pm (21:30)!

Once across, turn left on the A861 and follow this road for just over 13 miles / 25 minutes to the edge of Strontian. Otterburn is the first house on the right, just round the bend after the 30 mph countdown signs and monument.

From Acharacle or Ardnamurchan via Salen

Follow the A861 eastwards and drive over the stone bridge in Strontian, past the village green and shop on your left, heading towards Ardgour. Otterburn is at the end of the long straight road after the Post Office and petrol station just before the bend and monument.

When you get here

Once you have found our sign at the entrance to our drive, turn off the main road and then turn immediately right to head up the long gravel driveway that runs parallel to the loch. Drive to the FAR end of the second house, Otterburn, where you will find ample free parking. The first house is private and has a sharp turn into a steep driveway. Please do not go up this driveway or between the two houses.
